Q: How does your fuel policy work?

We use a full-to-full fuel policy. You receive the car with a full tank and must return it full. 📄 Please provide a fuel receipt from a gas station within 5 km of the return location. If the tank is not full, you’ll be charged the difference plus a 10 € service fee , payable in cash.

At Chania Airport, a staff member will be waiting for you right at the arrivals area. He or she will hold a sign with your name on it . Just walk out – and drive off!
