This exclusive option is available only for returning customers (at least one previous rental).

With our Selfpickup service, you can collect your rental car 24/7 – even at night between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM – without any extra night fees.

✅ How does Selfpickup at The Best Cars work?

• Booking: Please select 10:45 PM as your pickup time and write your actual arrival time and “Selfpickup” in the booking notes.

• Required data: We need the full driver details and photos of your driving licence and ID/passport at least 24 hours before pickup.

• How to send documents: You can send them securely via email, WhatsApp (+30 699 502 7342, Anna), or via our Tresorit upload link upload here.

• Contract: The rental contract will be signed online via Xodo Sign before pickup.

• Key pickup: Your car key will be placed in a secure key box at Heraklion Airport.
  You will receive the PIN code by email after the payment is completed and the contract is signed.

• You must present your original physical driving licence at pickup.

• Full payment is required in advance.
