I rented a car from The Best Cars for three weeks in the summer of 2026 and was very satisfied.The handover at the airport was organized by a very friendly employee and went smoothly. Returning the car was also easy and straightforward. The car was in good, well-maintained condition.Overall, the entire process was very pleasant and hassle-free. In August, I rented a car from one of the few companies with gravel insurance to go to Balos.No deductible, but they gave me a Dacia Duster that started smoking after less than 10 km. They gave me a second one, which I kept until the end of the rental, but it didn't brake; the discs and pads needed replacing. I was in fear until the end of the rental.They don't do maintenance!
Want to fully explore Crete, you need to be able to drive on gravel roads. None of the big car rental places would give us coverage to do that, but Best Cars did!
