Fantastic car rental company! We felt completely at ease from start to finish. Everything was very straightforward. No rip-offs – that's how it should be, we were completely satisfied. We picked up the car directly at the airport and received a very warm welcome. We even got a great insider tip about a fantastic coffee shop with a beautiful view. We had a minor issue with the car, contacted the rental company, and they immediately provided us with a replacement vehicle right at our holiday destination. We felt perfectly taken care of, and if we ever need a rental car again, we'll only use Best Cars.

Such a car rental company is rare: booking was super easy – even in German. The car, a 2026 model, was exactly as booked. A very good/fair insurance package with no excess and no deposit was required. This made car handover and return very straightforward. The staff at the counter spoke German and were very friendly. We rented the car for 3 days from them and are truly the most honest company I have found. They also have insurance for gravel road for going to Balos, which a lot of companies deny. We have been very happy to be able to drive to Balos, definitely worth renting their car !
