A truly positive experience with The Best Cars. We arrived at Chania Airport a little late, but a member of the team was there waiting for us. The paperwork was completed very quickly, and we had the car within minutes. The car was clean, practically new, and in excellent condition, with about 7/8 of a tank left, a level we maintained when returning it. Returning it to Heraklion Airport was also quick and hassle-free. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful, and professional, and communication was always prompt and effective. Truly impeccable service from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable car rental in Crete!

The name truly lives up to its promise – a real "nomen est omen"! 🤩 I've never experienced such excellent service, without exaggeration. The price-performance ratio is fantastic!! The staff are friendly (one of them is from Salzburg). Quote: "So it's not quite so Greek 🤣"Water is free.And now for the downside:I was able to easily and without any hassle exchange the car when the air conditioning started to lose power after about a week.
