We were very satisfied with the smooth pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle. We would especially like to highlight the excellent support we received after an accident we had with the rental car. We received immediate assistance via the emergency telephone number and had a new rental car within 3.5 hours. It couldn't have been better!
We rented an Opel Corsa for 6 days with hotel delivery and were completely satisfied with the car and the entire process.The car was handed over to us on time, with a full tank of gas, and spotlessly clean.Everything was absolutely straightforward. Very friendly German-speaking service, with clear information about the rental process and the return procedure. Just a few meters' walk from the terminal. We had the option of getting a car with an additional gas tank, which allowed us to refuel much more cheaply given the current fuel prices. Additional gravel road insurance can also be purchased. Fair prices for additional drivers and child seats. Overall, completely transparent pricing. Highly recommended. Would gladly rent again.

Excellent service, from arrival with culinary tips to handling damage claims and even the return of the car. THE Best Cars is even better – the "The" is correct! And definitely a car with high road handling – some roads have deep puddles!
