A truly positive experience with The Best Cars. We arrived at Chania Airport a little late, but a member of the team was there waiting for us. The paperwork was completed very quickly, and we had the car within minutes. The car was clean, practically new, and in excellent condition, with about 7/8 of a tank left, a level we maintained when returning it. Returning it to Heraklion Airport was also quick and hassle-free. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful, and professional, and communication was always prompt and effective. Truly impeccable service from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable car rental in Crete!

The car rental was excellent.The flight was delayed, and despite this, we were warmly welcomed even in light of the late hour, and everything went smoothly.The car is picked up at a location close to the airport.The car was excellent, and there are simply no complaints.Highly, highly recommend.
The name truly lives up to its promise – a real "nomen est omen"! 🤩 I've never experienced such excellent service, without exaggeration. The price-performance ratio is fantastic!! The staff are friendly (one of them is from Salzburg). Quote: "So it's not quite so Greek 🤣"Water is free.And now for the downside:I was able to easily and without any hassle exchange the car when the air conditioning started to lose power after about a week. I didn't have to worry about every tiny scratch and document it for later, and both cars were exactly as ordered.@TheBestCars:Thank you for everything, and please open many more locations – for example, in Scotland, where we're going next year. ❤️

They are fantastic. I lost a key just before we had to go back for our flight, they were supportive, understanding and helped us resolve it. Fantastic support, from start with welcoming cold water in the car, till the end where I thought we wont make it to our flight but thanks to them we did. And the people are positive and funny - joked when i came to pay for the lost key. No ill will, understaing these things happen. I will definitely book with them next year.. if they let me ;)This is another level of car rental, that is for certain.
Excellent rental agency! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Insurance is included in the price, so there's no need for a deposit or a credit card. You simply return the car at the end of your stay, and there are no unpleasant surprises like with some other agencies.
